When you know, you know.

I felt a whole range of human emotions today.

From crying and missing my babycat, Zoey, to feeling such joy and care for my kitty, Coco...

...to confusion and self-doubt, to gratitude and complete self-love...

...to such a full body *high* of feeling total alignment with where I'm at and where I'm headed next.

Y'all it's a LOT.

And this is the human experience.

This is THE human experience my soul chose.

My soul chose humanness.

I want what I want because my soul CHOSE this.

And when you connect with your soul-choice, when you really listen, it feels so f*cking magical.

So, that's what I've been up to - just being in and with all of this, feeling it, seeing what it feels like to be at home in this human body.

P.S. I'm not making any final decisions until Mars retrograde is officially over, buuuut, things might start to look a little (very) different around here. 😉🕵🏼‍♀️

I don't hear this much in the manifestation circles.

Manifesting your desires requires you to actually know what your desires are.

Do you REALLY know what you want?

I'd argue that most of us don't know ourselves intimately enough to say with certainty what we really, really want.

(Cue Spice Girls)

We don't know our SOULS deeply enough to know what we want.

I've been getting to know myself my WHOLE life.

And I'm still learning. I'm still uncovering.

We're conditioned to doubt. To numb. To forget who we are. To be so detached from ourselves we don't really know what we want.

And if you're thinking, "What are you talking about, of COURSE I know who I am and what I want!"

Okay, but do you? Really?

Like, REALLY?

If you truly do, amazing!

(And if you DO know what you want, do you know how specifically you want to experience it?)

If you maybe don't, here's how you can start figuring it out:

🌟 Limit external input. This means TV, Netflix, podcasts, music (esp. w/ lyrics), social media, news, EVERYTHING. You need to get back in touch with your own thoughts and feelings.
🌟 Sit with the silence. BE in it. It might feel really uncomfortable because maybe you're so used to external stimuli. Maybe you'll feel bored. SO bored. Good. Let it happen.
🌟 Reflect. What's coming up?
🌟 CREATE. This doesn't mean you have to go full on artist mode. This just means bring to life your own thoughts. Write, play, wander, colour, plan, etc.
🌟 Most importantly, follow your curiosity!

Life is like a fun circle chair...

Sometimes you're sitting there, all comfy, but then you look up and realize you're spinning around and around, and you're not sure if you should stop the spinning, or keep going and see where it takes you.

And then sometimes it kind of feels like maybe you're falling out? And you can't figure out how to sit in this freaking chair, but then you know what?

You stop worrying and realize it's really fun, and it's all just one big adventure.

Or...was I the only one thinking about this metaphor? 🤣

Fall reminds me of new beginnings. It used to mea

Fall reminds me of new beginnings.

It used to mean a new school year for MANY years. Fresh courses, fresh books.

Then it meant a new life - this time last year (exactly one year tomorrow), I worked my last day in an office job.

It was bittersweet, to be honest. I worked on the same floor with mostly the same people for over 4 years.

And any goodbye, no matter how much you want or choose it, can be hard.

It was such a weird, interesting feeling.

It took months for me to "detox" from the 9-5 routine and the general anxiety I felt from office life.

Charging into this new, unknown (for me at the time) territory was scary, mystifying, and highly exciting.

I love the endless possibilities that come with new beginnings and the excitement of the unknown.

So, the cool, crisp air, the changing leaves, and even the allergies, always have me feeling ready to pounce into the next new adventure 🐈

(P.S. emojis at the end of a sentence usually replace punctuation for me - is that grammatically correct?)

Sometimes it can be really f*cking hard...

To hold that big vision for yourself. To hold that MASSIVE belief in yourself.

To believe undoubtedly that everything you're working toward will come to fruition.

I want to tell you that it's okay to falter.

There is no shame in moments of weakness.

Feel it.

Let it come to the surface. Witness it. Hear what it needs to tell you.

And then let it go.

You don't have to hold onto these moments forever.

These moments mean you're growing and pushing past the boundary of your old comfort zone.

Feeling these things is HOW we release them. We can't ignore them into oblivion. They demand an audience. They need to be seen and acknowledged. Just like we do.

So if you're having a moment or several, good.

Feel them, then set them free.
