So much can change in (less than) a year.

This time last year, I was bundled up for a snowy walk.

I was fresh into full-time entrepreneurship.

I was still "recovering" from the routine of office life.

I was so eager to grow my business into a wildly successful venture.

But I had no vision.

I mean, literally, I couldn't envision my goal.

Whenever I did visualization meditations or exercises, I came up blank.

And now?

It's sunny and above zero.

I'm fully integrated into my office-free reality.

I no longer want to "fight" and push and force a successful business into being.

My vision is clear.

I don't even have to close my eyes to see it.

And it's so vivid.

This time last year, I was trying to force a vision that wasn't really *mine* into being.

Now that visualization is so easy, I realize that the old dream was never really mine to begin with.

It's a dream I clung to because I saw how it worked for so many others.

A wildly successful business is absolutely possible for you. You are capable of anything.

It was and still is possible for me, too.

But I don't want it, so making it a reality would feel like trudging through sticky mud.

Popular opinion says to stick it out. Persevere. Be persistent. Successful people don't quit.

My opinion? Let your happiness and fulfillment be the things you don't give up on.

Don't cling to a job or a business just because you said yes to it once.

Since I made my second TOTAL career change in just over a year...

My email inbox is much less demanding. There are almost no emails that *require* a response or any of my attention.

I feel no pressure to nail my marketing strategy or create a funnel for potential clients because...I don't actually need any clients in this new career path.

I feel SO MUCH relief knowing I get to rely solely on myself for income. I feel even more liberated than when I quit my office job to start a business.

I have so much more space in my DAY and my BRAIN - I'm less forgetful, more patient, and have more energy to actually take care of my mind and physical body the way I want to - AND tap into my intuition.

I know I'm building the foundation to support the lifestyle I want for myself (actual message from my guides via @emilythemedium).

I feel so much CALM.

I'm NOT saying everyone should quit their business to do what I'm doing.

Finding YOUR thing will help you feel the way YOU want to feel, and create what you want to create.

The first step is DECIDING exactly what that is and figuring out what your must-have criteria are for the life YOU want to live.

➡️ It's I N D I V I D U A L.

There is no one size fits all.

Don't be tricked into thinking there's one path or one surefire way to get *there*.

Decide your minimum requirements - your non-negotiables - for what you EXPECT and what you'll ACCEPT.

Then act accordingly 😉

Wait, do I REALLY want to quit my business??

I probably asked myself this question 100 times while thinking this new life direction over.

But, like, really??

And this wasn't something I could just know immediately.

So...I took two weeks to see how I liked the alternative.

I stepped back from all things busines and I tried on this new possibility to see how it fit.

Did I like it as much as I thought I would?

Does it *click* for me and seem straightforward to learn on my own?

Does it meet the criteria for how I want income-earning to be/feel?

Do I believe it's possible to live the life I want with trading?

After those two weeks, it felt like a big YES for me.

And I still didn't tell anyone right away because I was afraid of criticism. Yep. That still pops up. Growth is forever.

So, here we are.

I'm really doing this 😄
